You are NEVER Alone

"O, God, our help in ages past,
our hope for years to come.
Our shelter from the stormy blast,
and our eternal Home."

(Isaac Watts, 1719)

I woke with the words of this ancient (now public domain) hymn on my mind and heart; the angels were singing its melody in my ears, as it is very familiar to me.

Its words are comforting, worshipful, and true.  My heart's desire is that we all realize and remember that we are not alone in this life and certainly not in this world. Daddy has not left us to our own devices, friends... nor will He, ever.

Any threat or feeling of loneliness is a lie from the enemy because, as children of the Most High God, we are not fatherless; we are not orphans or desperate waifs battling life on our own with nothing and no one to protect and defend us.  If that is our state or our belief, we do not know the God of All Comfort, and we are living far beneath our privileges!

"Under the shadow of thy throne,
thy saints have dwelt secure;
sufficient is thine arm alone,
 and our defense is sure

Saints, that says it all.  The Lord bless you today and always with His Strong Arm of Encouragement and Love.

"... fervent in spirit, serving the Lord."
(Romans 12:11b)
